When do restocks and new items arrive?
Due to limited availability of most styles, we restock items depending on the availability of our vendors. New items arrive daily!
What payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal.
Lost Packages & Returned Packages
Please make sure to submit the correct address. We are not responsible for packages that are lost. Once your package leaves our premise we are not responsible for them as USPS is a shipping service that you agree to allow us to send for you. Once we send, the liability is between you and USPS; however, we will do our best to help you find your package since each order comes with a tracking number. In the case where the tracking says delivered but you haven't received your package, you can visit your local post office or contact USPS to file a claim. If your package is returned back to us due to incorrect destination inputed, you are responsible for paying the RE-SHIP fees.
When will my order ship?
We work hard and fast to get 99.9% of all orders out the very next business day. Don’t forget that we are home on the weekends and holidays just like we hope you are!
