If you purchase an item that you would like to return or exchange, we offer store credit for you to purchase an alternative product online. Bittersweet USA will offer store credit for any item(s), provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached. All sales are FINAL for “on sale” items.We accept returns within 10 days after delivery (according to tracking information).

Return PolicyAll returns and exchanges must follow our standard procedure as outlined above or our return policy will not be honored.Online store credit does not cover any shipping fees. Credit does not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. If you return any item(s) from an order that received Free Shipping, the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the credit amount unless the return was due to our error.
